I absolutely loved my job when I first started - still do BUT my frustration is growing quickly with the workload, lack of resources (Tech, personnel, etc.) to succeed at my work and the lack of fair compensation. I'm loathe to leave this job as I still love the people here but I'm thinking of it

The ability to get things done and make a positive impact on people's day/lives
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a bunch of smart, competent and fun people to work with. They really care about each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really love our Terminal Director; he is doing an amazing job staying positive and doing everything he can to keep our team happy and functioning in the face of challenging times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in this job for over 3 years, I'm likely the least paid person here, & the "raises" I've got aren't enough to keep up with inflation! I have taken on additional responsibilities that aren't reflected in my job description as well. I should be compensated at a level that matches what I DO
