What makes you most happy at work?

Talking with coworkers about the latest TV show etc. Great teamwork.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people care about each other. Most supervisors care about their team and want to help them the most they can.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care about life outside work as much as work inside. They see us as people and understand that sometimes things come up that need to be taken care of.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We like to have fun. We like to be around each other and talk about our kids and family. I look forward to coming in and working with a great team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A team gets away with everything. They cannot do wrong. When they mess up they blame another team who takes the hit for the issues. As apart of the second team I feel that my opinion does not matter and have to do as the first team says along with another set of responsibilities
