My initial experience was not as good based upon a lack of training for the backend systems and platforms that a new employee needs to be effective from the outset of coming into a new position. My experience got better as I worked with others who were willing to help me.

Given the expectations and stressors of the job, I don't always feel as if I am recognized for the work I do.

Their dedication to supporting our internal and external customers and their attention to detail. When a team has the same focus and openly communicates, it builds pride.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Social awareness and how it effects XPO employees, and the efforts that are undertaken to provide a welcoming atmosphere day in and day out. Our HR Director is always looking for opportunities to "ease our way" and promote a healthy environment.
