Very busy currently on my contract plus learning a lot of new systems and ways of doing things, not fully integrated yet but think/hope I will like it. Ultimately I am still on my own contract and doing work I enjoy, so the scale of the company should not impact that too hugely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with our contract team, we share ideas and learning and support each other
What makes you most happy at work?
That I work from home in a standalone role, the work - even though it is really busy, my operational team, my manager and my wider contract peers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with my bonus and my salary is good too. I was happy with the payrise this yr after working really really hard through covid and transition
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The contract team are excellent and have great behaviours and culture, I am not sure if that is lost in the wider team a little - we talk a good job in the wider team. It is an extremely busy environment where we all have little time to concentrate fully on matters but I am never bored
