The people I work with. How we all choose everyday, even when challenges arise to be positive and give nothing but our best to XPO and our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a woman, I feel that I have to work twice as hard and invest extreme work hours to get the recognition/opportunities that some of my less qualified, experienced and less invested male counterparts get.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We understand what 'team' means. We're clear on our operational goals, we respect one another as co-workers, we hold each other accountable and understand when to step in and offer support/assistance when needed for the betterment of the operation or end goal.
