I have been Hoping that their Contract would be cancelled from the very Day that they took over, and wish and pray for it more and more each day that I come to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hoping that their Contract will be Cancelled, that seems to be the only hope for improvement.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Typical CORP Policies Based on Stupidity, and Fear Management that has no clue, or Idea of how to Manage or listen to workers that have been around far longer, and have much more experience in every aspect of the procedures than they do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Mis-Management does not Listen to Senior workers that have been around much longer than xpo and know how to get things done efficiently and safely, but most of all sensibly. more and more job tasks keep getting added with no increase in wages for the extra work perfomed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respecting the Senior Hourly Workers, and not ignoring their years of knowledge of how to get things done. Also not having them perform work tasks that should only be performed by Salaried, Management employees like conducting or leading any meetings, and taking care of work that does apply to them.

What are some of the best things about your team?

That some of us have been around for quite some time, and communicate, and work very well together. However many of us have left since xpo took over, and the few that remain, are all considering other employment, because of the Stupidity of the company Policies, and MIS-Management at this Facility.
