As a whole the company is a corporate entity and behaves as such. Management is bombarded with meeting all day with little real time on the floor. Leads are minimal on work load help/ experience. Workers take the brunt of demand changes and load.

Being busy and getting jobs done.

The way we all get together and get it done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dealing with actual issues and not safety training every day. The over use of safety as a way to impede the progress of the simplest of tasks. My supervisor is busy all day on administrative tasks and not supervising the actual work or people in real time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They just did a compensation comparison and now the new hires start off at what I make after being here for years. Pay me what I'm worth for what I do and not what anyone off the street can make doing little to nothing with no supervision.
