The most positive attribute is collaboration and entrepreneurialism. XPO encourages owning the process and taking the necessary steps and engaging the necessary resources to improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The empowerment to "own" my piece of the business and the ability to pour into my team and development them to realize their full potential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Roles in North Richland Hills does not encompass surrounding areas like Dallas and Fort Worth. Consequently, the pay range is severely below market value. The Compensation Team needs to realign salary ranges based on surrounding areas.
