Seeing my colleagues and seeing what challenges we face that day. I like to make a positive change

They listen to what you have to say and do everything they can to encourage and suport you to develop and progress

They are hardworking but but the customer knocks their confidence. They work really well as a team and support each other when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its forever changing. Theres no days the same so we are always learning. We treat everyone with respect regardless of what job you do.
