This particular location is very hard work. Only the best survive it. Only the very best manage to stay longer term. I like the job security and the benefits. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in my family or friends because the atmosphere can be negative and very stressful.

people tend to be so busy they stay focused on work
What makes you most happy at work?
staying busy for the hours I need to be here. It goes by really fast.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think this particular position is valued very much. Compensation-wise? I don't think the ones in my poisition are paid what they should be. If they want to retain us we need to be offered the incentives compared to the work we do or people will continue leaving the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Are we talking about leadership on site? or corporate? Site-I meet a lot of new people as they do not last very long at or site. most of our leadership has been here less than a year. Corporate, I'm not sure. I don't really know them well. I'm sure they are doing a gret job.
