26 years as a DSR. Helped build this company I feel like. Safety lead, mentor, Americans Road Team Captain, Arkansas Road Team Captain. Feel like I use to understand most things that the company has did, but no longer know if the doors will be open or chained shut when I arrive to work.

Better insurance maybe even free after 10 years of loyalty better retirement benefits and ADP for vacation

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating the loyalty of employees who have stayed through the good and the bad. Retirement, Insurance, ADP for vacations. Also listening to employees concerns and addressing them when they have a concern.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to become a team and go back to picking up freight and then delivering it, no cube no weight no numbers just move freight and make money. More meet and turns and less dock work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company seems like a condemned building just waiting to cave in. Let your employees have more engagement opportunities. Listen to the dock workers and drivers that have been here forever, they just might know how to run a freight company
