What makes you most happy at work?

accomplishing a project, assisting others in their projects, lighthearted socializing, vigorous but not exhausting activity. good feedback from peers and superiors.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

we're allowed to be ourselves when interacting, making jokes, helping each other with their workload, being culturally inclusive. suggestions for improvements are not only listened to, but requested.

What are some of the best things about your team?

everyone is very friendly and willing to not only help out with task outside of their department, they also share knowledge from their experiences in other departments. it makes for a easier environment to learn on the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I recently received a promotion on par with a lead, and asked for a raise that was appropriately above what I believed starting wages was. i then learned that number is now one dollar an hour higher. Nobody hired before knew about it and was not scaled up, leaving some below the base salary.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

locally, my leadership is the kind of people that learn the job inside and out, which allows them to not only understand my workload (beyond the limited scope of metrics), but to also jump in and lend a hand when we need it. they also help us with whatever is needed to improve quality and production
