to be equally paid as other team members and to feel more involved. The office environment is very very clicky and the information shared has nothing to do with position etc
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate communicate communicate and involve us more when it is our working environment effected. Inform and put in the department's calendar when our managers are going to be absent from the office as we are expected to do. Swipe in and out and update the the board when they arrive and leave.
