If there was better leadership, communication, and appreciation it wouldn't be so bad. Also if it wasn't the same ones to do all the work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here 5+ years and have not gotten a raise in 2 years. The way the company is setup now it doesn't matter how long you have been here if you have the same title you make the same. That's not right
