Organizing team lunches/happy hours with coworkers.
It's a safe space. I think we all do a great job of catching up with one another.
I think we do a good job of supporting people of color and all social issues and we have a great public presence. I wish we had the same energy given to the public, given to current employees.
I have dramatically improved my role, yet haven't been compensated or promoted for it. I also want to mention that people of color are disproportionately at a financial disadvantage when obtaining professional certifications. XPO needs to do a better job of fronting those costs for BIPOC folks.
