most of my co workers are team players with good attitudes. One co worker has a bad attitude and gets talk after talk.

My job title doesn't represent my experience. People are starting with no experience and getting paid more than me. The pay needs to represent a living wage. It also doesn't represent comparable jobs in the industry.
