I really enjoy my position, the people I work with and am proud to work for XPO. The only negative I would see is if we do not offer a hybrid work from home schedule moving forward.

The current work from home situation due to the pandemic.

Hard working, very reliable, works well in a team environment, always a pleasure to be around, great attitudes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong plan, as a whole we do a great job as a team meeting/exceeding company targets. We are on pace to have the best year in company history in 2021.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work from home structure. I wish this would continue into the future, however I realize we are required to go back to the office 5 days per week in September, however I would like this to remain a 50% hybrid structure like we are implementing in July.
