XPO has a lot to offer yet the community attitude of us is poor. Everyone is stretched thin yet it's not getting better. Working 12-17 hours a day (DSR's and management) for the last year is taking it's toll mentally and physically. I believe I will be short 3 more DSR's by year end.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits and weekly pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Equipment is hard to keep updated and running. DSR's working long hours, trying to hire more no applicants for 3 months.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Let's be picky with what we pick up. We have an opportunity to grab really great freight. Yet we pick up ANYTHING!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude of the DSR's is grim. Have been trying for a year to get this to change. Conclusion: they are just unhappy people.
