The sense and feeling of accomplishment from helping others and being able to figure things out to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees promoted internally to salary positions are paid a lot less than people hired externally for those same positions. There are often complaints about how higher paid employees hire externally do less work than internally promoted employees in the same position, but get paid much more.
