I love my Company, I love my Team and I love what I do. I would like to see our bonus % raised from current state of 15% to 25% to be more in line with what we are responsible for. I feel we can do better promoting internally at big locations that need the experience and know the key strokes.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, they are responsive and are always in the fight with us... They lead from the front and not the back... that is true Leadership to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Salary is the best part but the bonus % could be much better in my opinion... We are managing multiple sites, supporting multiple locations and on MOR's/QOR's but only 15% vs. Class 1 SCM's we support at 25% and Class 2 SCM's at 20% but we are 15%..
