Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tech salaries are very low. We have several team members quitting because they are getting 35-50% higher salaries at the other companies. This is consistent for every person leaving the company. More team members are realizing the disparity and looking for jobs elsewhere.
