My Operations groups are great and respect me. They enable me to do my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the compensation is ok, but is slightly below market value for a field HR BP
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and show more appreciation to Field HR reps. We focus so much on taking care of the Operations group that we in Field HR are isolated and don't feel appreciated.
