Stop focusing on the bottom line and pay attention to your employees, the ones who help make that bottom line possible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CEO sent a message out to management to write positive reviews on this very site today and glassdoor a while back. New rating went from a 3.6 to 4.6. So overall rating is skewed. That is slimy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The only thing we ever hear is profitability which is obviously important but you need to take care of your employees . We could be more fairly compensated from a salary and bonus standpoint as well as benefits One year they gave a $120 bonus.
