We get freedom to try new things and ways to help with the deliverables, which in turn help the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is lack of acknowledgment on the hard efforts I put in, promotion process so tedious and sometime takes 6-8 Months, which is frustrating.
