What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have had a change over of some & they are more actively involved . They are helping to start to empower others that were stripped of this under the last leadership .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation with in the company is based on your title first . As titles shared do not make the work or the value of the empolyee even. Compensation based on work load or area is overlooked.
