What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus plan for NAEs is competitive and makes the long days worth while.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all hardworking, put in the long hours and are motivated to succeed - but also have families so we understand the difficulty of work-life balance in this role and relate to each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Marissa Christensen, VP of 3PL National Sales, is a great leader, always very positive and can turn around any difficult conversation. She has been a breath of fresh air, especially during such stressful times in the LTL industry.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My Direct Manager is very involved, caring and motivated to help us grow. Our previous LTL SVP, Dennis McCaffrey, was also very approachable and reliable. He kept in touch my particular team and got to know my accounts.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The workload is not manageable, even when service is good. With service struggling & major driver/equipment shortages, there is no way to keep up and support customers the way any good sales rep wants to/should. We are supposed to grow business, but our network cannot handle anymore business.
