Even though I might have taken a pay cut to come to XPO, I know it was the right choice to make. At times there is too much red tape that slows the process and people have left because of it. I think some of the program in place should get the buy in from the site prior to mandating it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachability, engaged and allow me to perform my duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our site has a great employee engagement team we have multiple events every month. Events that have an impact to the direct team and to the community.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with co-workers, and the client. Out client believe we are a partner and consider our site as their gold standard and judge all other client site against us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took less money to come to XPO. I question if it was the right move. There is little to no conversations regarding pay increases year over year. It has never fallen around the same time each year. People count on raises and plan around them, not at XPO.
