XPO has proven to be a great company to work for. There are some opportunities but I take the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel useful for the company. I like the daily challenges that we have every day. Nothing is repetitive and there are always new things to learn and do. No time to get bored!.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel salary has become still in the region. Although we have had increases the raise of the cost of living has not been considered, only merit increases. Cost of living has become an issue so far in this area making salaries less competitive.
