Stop caving in to the demands and false allegations lodged by the hourly work force. We are setting a precedent that if you scream loud enough, you can get rid of operators because they are doing the right thing holding people accountable. our HR department needs to be revisited.
In order to retain talent, we need to make sure we compensate the talent we have at hand. It makes absolutely no sense that i can leave this company in good standing, come back 6 months later and earn more than what i am currently earning right now. Benefits definitely need to improve
