Overworked, area of responsibility is over twice the size it once was, I feel I can no longer get out in front of employee like I was once able to and this company could care less about what many on the front lines have to say, they never have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really don't have much to say about this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most don't seem to care anymore very negative environment these days
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I already answered nothing ever seems to change regardless what we answer to these questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is three time the work load on our plates now that XPO took over, it's all about how much they can get out of you and not about being out in front of employees anymore.
