Employee First Culture and continuous interactions with the Management Team. Open Door Policy. Rewards and Recognition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It should be at par with the industry and appraisal should happen every year. Also, the % hike in appraisal needs to be increased.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're totally dedicated and focused. They've always raise their hands in times of need and ensure that the SLA's are met. Team is not only achieving the targets but also exceeding it.
