I have worked here for 13 years and have grown from CSR to HR to LAE. It has been enjoyable, but currently there is not enough time in the day to complete what is expected.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy a fast paced environment!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all in and willing to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I do not have enough back up to be able to take care of my customers and take a vacation or have surgery. My territory tripled and so did my maintenance time but my pay stayed the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their enthusiasm and want to believe in their goals, but sometimes it is hard to believe things that are said when follow through has not been completed. I feel that goals should be stated and achieved, but many times they are started and not accomplished. Such as damages?
