We are like family and that means like in any other family, there are great times and there are difficult times
What makes you most happy at work?
When we accomplish the goals we set to improve our process and procedures, basically is just the satisfaction about a job well done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are managers that have almost the same responsibilities as I do and I know based in results that I outperform my manager's expectations and the other managers, but I still getting paid less money.
