its a great company to work with , at one point we ran smoothly but over time i feel like the company's values in the work and management have gone down , but there are many great opportunities for someone working here

there are a few coworkers who actually care about their jobs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they dont have the proper work ethic, no respect , lazy , and sometimes act as if they are above you
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication amongst all shifts , letting go of the drama and problem starters , providing the proper pay for peoples roles in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am working as a shift lead for 5 + months and still being paid as an LC when i was told there will be a change in pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pay needs to be adjusted to reflect my role as a lead, some coworkers need to be replaced , management needs to step up and have better communication with everyone
