My experience at my company is generally good. However management / leadership can use improvement. Certain teams are allowed to do the minimal work. For example dispatch does not respond timely to requests for information from planner who are trying to provide information to customer service

We assist each other and are willing to pick up additional tasks if needed.

I am most happy when everyone works together and is responsive to each others requests.

We all work hard to meet the goals of the company but also take time to laugh and enjoy each others company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance is very important and the company provides a good selection; secondly the pay and bonus structure exceeds other companies that I have worked for.
