Overall experience here is that I have grown more at XPO than anywhere in my entire career. My only critical feedback is that everything we do, we do with such accelerated timelines that we never feel we've been able to complete to our best abilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I literally learn something new everyday building my toolbelt with new tools.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe my health insurance provided is at a fair price and coverage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team engages with us in projects, obtains comfort level before approving go-lives, things like that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't stress enough how important teamwork is to all of us. We're part of so many projects and we partner well with our IT teammates, Procurement, and others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team behaves with the real belief in teamwork. Nobody on my team feels they are beneath any work we have to do. Everyone pulls their weight and genuinely cares for one another.
