The best part of the culture and environment is, that my company gives me authority and space to utilize my skill, knowledge, experience and also respect the position & designation I am employed for.

First of all, I would like to thank the XPO, to give me the opportunity to work with an esteem, moral, rules-based governed organization. I Feel Motivated, encourage, optimistic with Leadership. Our interactions are less with leadership so we cannot comment on their personalities personally.
