I don't have a work life balance. Being a salaried person with the hours i work, i make less than a CSR. if your going to work me this many hours, figure out a way to pay me for my time. I cant keep this up. It seems like no one cares about us.

pay the supervisors more so they stay.

they are negative because everyone is overworked

have enough staff so we don't have to work ourselves to death. need work life balance.

listen to the employees, give us the tools we need to do our job. We are failing as a company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
not enough employees to get the job done. don't have the tools to get the job done. upper management does not care about anything but the bottom line.
