The leadership team seems to take care of the leadership team well. beyond that its impersonal and standardized. get your number assigned and fall in line.

hire more people, pay those who choose to stay enough to keep them. you cant have a world class company if you treat people below world class expectations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation, while supposedly is merit based for lower management, is cookie cutter and often less than COL, bonus compensation is not based on evaluations or performance at a personal level and it should be. health benefits are substandard.
