Generally the experience is very positive. I can see leadership is very supportive of employees. I'm concerned how much support tapers off further down the hierarchy. Some teams or teammates seem to not cooperate, even when working in the same teams.

Most of my teammates want to produce the best outcome.

Leadership is supportive of the people. I feel very encouraged to make positive contributions. I believe XPO values those contributions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm in tech; having the opportunity to produce high quality technology output and work in modern systems makes me most happy. I think leadership is on board but the support for tech tapers off as it goes lower through the hierarchy; sometimes even within the tech team itself.
