The high level leaders are very friendly and welcoming.
Most of the people are very kind and appreciative of help. The CEO seems to genuinely care about the people and culture.
Most of the people here are amazing, very genuinely kind people. The people I directly work with are extremely cliquey. From my desk, I constantly hear them whispering about other people, which is very disappointing, since they have the ability to bring the office together more.
The job I was hired for is not the job I am doing. I take on many of my manager's roles, yet never feel appreciated because of a very passive aggressive/negative attitude that seems positive on the surface. A genuine positive attitude would make all the difference, as I really love the work I do.
There needs to be more of a focus on building the company culture and getting to know each other on a more personal level. One previous job I had where everyone was happy to go to work, we planned many events outside of the office. People cared about what was going on with their coworkers personally
