honest and concise about goal objectives. always fair and will listen to everyone's input to make a qualified decision and formulate a clear path to achieving our desired result.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are all a "team". we do not work FOR each other rather we work WITH each other. everyone is very knowledgeable in their positions. IF by chance we can't solve an issue .. we have a great management team to advise a necessary path to a solution.
