I love working for XPO - I am so proud to be a part of this company. The trucking industry is a whole different world to work in, it's fast paced with never a dull moment. The good thing is that we all learn something new every day and XPO keeps up with the change in technology.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Knowing that whatever happens, my family is covered by my insurance that XPO provides for us at a very good price point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Allowing everyone to have their own opinion. We all don't agree with each other, but we respect each others opinions and beliefs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together. The bad thing in LTL (I believe) is Inbound vs. Outbound. We should ALL be working together for the greater good of not only our customer, but our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing our crew is tight. We all know what everyone's role is, but we don't hesitate to pitch in and help no matter what our "job title" is. Everyone works together for the greater good and I love that.
