For the most part, I have had a very positive experience. I have always felt respected and I have been provided opportunities to advance. I am not sure if there is anything else a company can provide. I have gotten out what I have put in.

Salary - After a review of what I was making and a result, I received a salary adjustment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication is always there and the fact that they have an open door policy. The feedback/criticism is always meant to help improve me a a leader and not a personal attack.
