Equitable Treatment of Middle Managers Significantly reduce micro management approach (I have 10+ years on the account) Trust your Management Team Understand the grass roots of the business Engage our customers at the middle management level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation level is somewhat acceptable, however, no consideration is given to knowledge base the business. In addition, the Management bonus structure is poor at best. No recognition for personal goals in the bonus structure. Heavily weighted to EBIDTA. If I don't get a bonus, I don't miss it
