So far I have enjoyed it. There are some areas for improvement that I am sure the leadership is working on and that is communication. Sometimes information is not easily obtainable and misinterpreted when presented. Otherwise I enjoy working here immensely.

Teams that work together to achieve the same goal.

I do see an improvement in obtaining team members that are crucial to our functions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working is something I enjoy. I love doing any part of logistics as it is all new but the same and has consistancy of being changeable at any given time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team and able to assist each other when needed. As there are different contracts with XPO the one I am on is PANDORA and there are diffferent teams and the one I am with work well together between builds and operations.
