I have learned a lot. What not to do in a management position, how to communicate effectively, and how to get the job done correctly. I've had some good experiences but feel held back by management.

There are other team members that make the job bearable.

Management doesn't care, good hard work is not rewarded, etc...

I have turned in my direct coworker for numerous infractions only to have nothing done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I am undervalued. I have gone above and beyond for the company and will do my best, only for my efforts to mostly be ignored.
