Management above the supervisory level is sporadic and non directional. Never know what is in the plans until an issue arises. Reactive instead of proactive leaves one constantly guessing from day to day. Loosing a Site Mgr, Warehouse Mgr and Human Resources Mgr in a short time frame is concerning.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am currently on cares about all aspects of our daily duties and about keeping our house clean and in order. Even if that means doing tasks of other teams that are not completed in a timely fashion.
