What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a tremendous and enormous business that is growing and we need help to keep the pace.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It's mostly non-existent considering the high rate of turn over here. People run away to better paying jobs, when they see what is asked of us compared to other potential employers in our area.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no merit structure to obtaining raises, rules are overbearing and impossible, communication and employee moral has diminished. More frequent raises or a decent raise would help many of us struggling here in Pryor, Oklahoma.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The surveys are a start, but action is needed swiftly. We cannot keep losing employee's and contract workers who do not want to work for XPO Logistics or GXO Logistics. We need more good people and competitive wages.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with employee's, employee engagement, merit raises for those who have tenure and have worked. XPO as a corporate company has asked more than any one employee can handle on a regular basis. We need help and have yet to see improvements. Employee's here no longer have a voice or opinion.
