Some extra effort to do some research in problem solving. Never assume and come to conclusions. As a coworker, sharing the knowledge will work better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It takes forever to get the promotion or compensation asked for. Lot of process and time. What is the benefit of having annual performance reviews when there is no promotion for the hard work you delivered. My principle : Earn the best compensation based on the work you produce. Do not bargain.
